Our Sedona Legacy
From 1966 to 1983, my grandfather, John Stevenson, owned this land and operated the beloved Dutchman’s Cove, a popular Creekside restaurant. This was also the place where my parents began their life together after my father got out of the Army, and it is also where I was born.
Over the years, this land has remained undeveloped since my grandfather’s restaurant tragically burned down in 1983. Three separate developers attempted to create large-scale projects on this site, the first two of which were huge hotels and the last which was 158 condos along with a restaurant and spa, but none of these developments came to fruition. Now, we feel blessed to have the chance to honor our family legacy by creating something truly special: Ambiente Creekside.
